Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your product is printed and dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes, a digital invoice is sent to your email, and a printed copy is also included inside the package.
Can I customize a T-shirt or mug design?
Absolutely! If you want a custom design printed, simply contact us through the “Contact Us” page and share your requirements.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged item (such as a broken mug or defective print), please send us a photo immediately. We will replace it at no additional cost.
Can I change the size of my hoodie after placing an order?
Size changes can be made within 12 hours of placing the order, as after that the item enters the production/printing phase.
