Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging (especially for items like stickers and posters to ensure they remain undamaged).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within a few working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged (for example, a broken mug or a misprinted T-shirt).

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please send it to our designated warehouse address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
